General partnership, LLP, distinction between English vs Scottish

I am not a lawyer, but I think this article needs to be expanded substantially.

It should include:

- Limited partnerships (done)
- General partnership and the Partnership Act 1890
- Scottish vs English partnerships
- Limited Liability Partnerships and LLP Act 2000
