Summary
The city of Townsville is (once again) under attack! This time by a giant three headed snake.
The Powerpuff girls arrive at the scene and manage to subdue the beast by twisting it into a humiliating ball-like shape. They then get so corky as to toss it around just for the game of it, but as inevitable, Buttercup throws too hard (or perhaps Blossom catches too softly) and Blossom winds up flying back through the air uncontrollably until she slams into The Mayors office shattering a window and damaging the building structure.
Blossom and Buttercup begin bickering about who is to blame for the incident but Bubbles begs for them to stop expressing that, "I hate it when you guys fight..."

Him had been watching the entire scenerio. Supposedely the monster was his sent in to finish off The Powerpuff Girls once and for all but instead opened the gateway to a new scheme. He decides to make the girls (mainly Buttercup and Blossom) turn on each other therefor making each girl go her separate way (Bubbles not having a choice but still ending up on her own)→ therefor dismantling the sisterhood → therefor causing the team to rip itself apart.
To Him it seemed like the perfect plot...
At home that same night, Blossom and Buttercup fight viciously, making Bubbles lie in their room in bed crying in wake of a conflict in their sisters relationship. Him then poccesses Bubbles beloved stuffed animal "Octi" and begins whispering words of "encouragement" to her, though really decieving her to try and remove her from the picture having already taking care of Buttercup and Blossom.
The next day, the girls are back in action this time again a giant "Bowser-like" turtle creature.
None of them can seem to attack as a team with Bubbles (Octi in hand) watching helplessly floating from the sidelines torn between the two barking orders at her to follow their own individual plans. (Blossom wants her to follow an organized plan while Buttercup just wants to jump in and "kick butt")
All in all nothing seems to be working until, Buttercup decides (with justification from Octi through Bubbles) to commence her own plan which involved tearing off a water tower and clobbering the moster (defeating it) sending it sailing through the air. This, however, nearly ends with a senior citizen being crushed to death as Blossom, all the while, watched in horror.
All Buttercup had to say about this was, "Oops."...
That same night, at home, the fight between Buttercup and Blossom becomes physically vicious. Bubbles, stowing away from the chaos down the hall, is then heckled by "Octi" about being the cause of the argument. She identifies the voice as Him just as he grows Octi big and crashes through the scene towards townsville feeling as though has dealt with the problem of Blossom and Buttercup and not taking Bubbles serious enough as a threat to his menace.
She decides to take on the new threat alone thinking it's all up to her but is quickly rendered struggling in vain. Her cries are heard by Blossom and Buttercup in "time-out" who rush to the scene. Once there, they put aside their differences to help their sister and ultimately cause Him/Octi to obliterate due to the renewed cooperation.
At home again that same night, Blossom and Buttercup apologize to each other for fighting, much to Bubbles joy.
Important Notes
- This episode marks the very first appearence of "Him".
- Though Octi seems to have self destructed along with him at the final scene, he is still scene in future episodes...
