Parents?

Where are these dudes parents? If they're realy never around the kids could go to social servicas and the show would get canceled! YAY! And Ruby is a beeotch. She's a jerk to the little guy. I'd drop her if I saw her

In the article it says that Max and Ruby are the only ones to appear in every episode, but as is stated before, their grandmother has appeared before. The family portrait in the living room is of the grandparents, not the parents. And there are plenty of other characters that appear on the show, such as Ruby's friends Louise, Roger, and others.

Max's speech

I find it very odd and annoying that Max's speech is so limited. A four year old most definitely does not talk like that! My two year old speaks better than that. It is so age inappropriate that it is maddening. Perhaps he has a learning disability?

Rude, misbehaving, out of control brat!

Am I the only parent who finds Max's behavior unacceptable? He's constantly disobeying his authority figure. Getting into things he knows hes not supposed to.
