Johnathan Wendel
Johnathan "fatal1ty" Wendel is a professional computer gamer who has won over $300,000 in cash and prizes from professional competitions, mainly in the Cyberathlete Professional League. In addition to receiving numerous product endorsements, he has been featured in mainstream newsprint publications, including Time magazine and the BBC World Service. He is known as one of the first professional gamers with a serious work ethic, and says he practices at least eight hours a day. Wendel has been a successful competitor in several games, especially Quake III Arena, Unreal Tournament 2003, and Painkiller (game.
Wendel started a business selling mousepads, which are called the "FATpad". He later formed a business partner ship with Abit to create a motherboard bearing his moniker, the Abit Fatal1ty AA8XE.
