Arif Hidayat,( b. Bojonegoro, 13 December,1985) is computer science student from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS Surabaya)in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. He is also a Wikipedia user that has contributes several articles in Wikipedia, especialy in English edition and Indonesian edition.
Early Live
Arif born in Bojonegoro, a small municipality in East Java to a teacher couple. He was born in a rural area. His mother language is javanese language, as of most of people in Bojonegoro. He attending Islamic elementary school or madrasah in his regency. Later, he continue his education in Babat, a small town in neighbouring municipality which famous as birthplace of wingko, Indonesian tradional coconut cake, in 1997. in Babat he is also attending islamic school. Then he studied high school in his hometown, Bojonegoro in 2000-2003.
As a college student
After graduating from highschool in 2003, Arif entering Computer Science departement of ITS Surabaya. Here he is not a kind of smart student, never having prestation index above 3 (of maximum 4). However his traits is arose in other field. he is known to be a good photographer, often he is asked to documentating student's event. He is also joined college's web site as a news reporter, writing aproximately 3 news per month. He has also developed his schoolmates' web site, using PHP.
As os 2005, Arif is still currently studying in ITS Surabaya in his third year there.
