Rigor

Let's bump this article up out of stub class. First, we need to support the claims made by WP about CERA. There are many predictions made, and many of them did not pan out.

Second, we need to maintain a good encyclopedic writing style, so "sell his soul" type comments need to be couched in terms that can be verified by other sources. Skyemoor 14:08, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
