Kattuvelampalayam (KVP)

Kattuvelampalayam is a very beautiful village located on the bank of river Cauvery. Nearly 200 families of different castes are living and most of the families are depend on the Agricultural. Rice, Turmeric, Sugar cane and Ground nuts are the major crops cultivation. It comes under the Erayamangalam panchayat.It has one co-operative society. Erode (18-20 Kms) and Thiruchengode (15-16 Kms) are the nearest Town. It has many graduates and every one is doing their job at their best way.KVP has many political leader from DMK, mdmk and admk.parties and every one is very important in their party.
