Technology One is a Queensland based developer of business software for government, retail industry, universities and other educational institution. It was founded by Adrian di Marco, who as of 2007 is the executive chairman.[1] Technology One was listed on the ASX stock exchange in 1999 and reported an annual revenue of more than $55 million in 2006 from sales in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region, with over $10 million being profit.[2]

In 2006, the Queensland state government selected SAP over Technology One for a ten year contract.[2]

In 2007, Technology One acquired Brisbane-based enterprise content management (ECM) company Avand for $10 million.[1]
