Russia Severnaya Verf (Northern shipyard) is a shipyard in St.Petersburg and major shipyard producing both naval and civilian ships. Originally was founded exclusively for military shipbuilding. Established in the early 1900s the shipyard the enterprise has privatized and is now a joint stock company and is part of the Severnaya Verf Production Association.

The priority market for Severnaya shipyard is military export to Asian countries as India, China and Vietnam.
