Francis "Fran" Healy (b. July 23rd, 1973 in Stafford, England) is a Scottish rock musician. He is currently lead singer and main songwriter of the band Travis.

Fran Healy is also part of the movement Make Poverty History. He has so far made two trips to Sudan and alongside his band played at the Live 8 concerts in London and Edinburgh.

Healy has been the creative centre of Travis and has written all of the songs on their four studio albums. From the chirpy, bouncy feel of 1997's Good Feeling to the dark and more sober mood of 2003's 12 Memories. His humility and devotion has been another factor in the band's success. Although detractors like to criticise his band for being 'inoffensive', this would be perceived as half the point of the band with Fran being at the forefront of it all.

He is also a life-long fan of Celtic F.C. In the track 'Peace the Fuck Out', the crowd that is heard singing along with Fran is that of the Celtic supporters
