Mid Derbyshire will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

Boundaries

Following their review of parliamentary representation in Derbyshire, the Boundary Commission for England has created a Mid Derbyshire seat. Neighbouring seats have had consequential border changes, with Erewash and Amber Valley two of the most affected.

The electoral wards used in the new constituency are:

  • Little Eaton and Breadsall, Ockbrook and Borrowash, Stanley, and West Hallam and Dale Abbey from Erewash district
  • Allestree, Oakwood and Spondon from the City of Derby
  • Belper Central, Belper East, Belper North, Belper South and Duffield from the Amber Valley district.
