An Uruguayan Australian is a resident of Australia who is of Uruguayan ancestry or birth, including both citizens and non-citizens.

According to the 2006 Australian census 9,376 Australians were born in Uruguay[2] while 6,485 claimed Uraguayan ancestry, either alone or with another ancestry.[1]
