If the point is not to stir up a hornet's nest and create factionalism, then spend an hour and work up a good stub BEFORE creating the article. Delete, nothing here worth keeping. I note that Edmonton Public Schools covers 199 schools, it would seem rather pointless to have a sub stub article on all of them - particularly since I doubt anyone would be keeping the names of the headteachers up to date.
