Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (LSRHS) is a high school located at 390 Lincoln Road in Sudbury, MA. It is widely regarded as one of the better public high schools in the state of Massachusetts.

The Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District was created in 1954, and the doors of the Regional High School opened to students of both towns in 1956. Previously, Lincoln had not had its own high school; instead ushering its students into neighboring school districts, and Sudbury's rapidly expanding population was becoming too large for the old high school.

The original LSRHS has since been demolished and paved over to provide a parking lot for the new LSRHS, located next to the old building. Construction began on the new building in June, 2002, and was completed in time for the beginning of the 2004-2005 academic year.
