I see that you have submitted a proposal for the creation of Salar Wikipedia. Have you notified them about this project at the Salar forum?
If so, could you also ask them to help translate these texts into the Salar language?

Good News
The Request for Salar Wikipedia has been verified as eligible.
This means that to qualify for final approval, the following two criteria needs to be meet:
- There needs to be an active test project on Wikimedia Incubator.
- These MediaWiki interface messages Interface messages must be translated into the Salar language.
