Moon Safari

Moon Safari is a progressive rock band from Skellefteå, Sweden. Formed in 2003, the band quickly recorded a demo that caught the attention of Tomas Bodin of the Flower Kings. They have since released two critically acclaimed albums on their own, on the independent label Blomljud.

Personnel

  • Simon Åkesson - lead vocals, backing vocals, piano, Hammond organ, moog, mellotron, choir arrangements
  • Petter Sandström - lead vocals, backing vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica
  • Pontus Åkesson - guitars, backing vocals,
  • Johan Westerlund - bass, backing vocals
  • Tobias Lundgren - drums, percussion, backing vocals.
