Motto
Thanks so much for that, and for the link. I was nervous about the PD, but now I can go wild with that 50+ tag. A nicely drawn map, whoever did it, I'm going to have a good look later. On the subject of images, here is an interesting page of images page. I intend to do a bit more about that one day. Your image is at another symbolism page now. See you round, thanks again. West Perth
You hit my my watchlist again, cluttering up the page with facts and explanations ... :)
You might want to boost it a bit with some of the buildings, Perth Observatory (old) et al. I have a few ideas for expansion, if you are interested, there is a lot that could be said there. Cygnis insignis 14:41, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
- You might look at the feature article: Hamersley, Western Australia. The person who welcomed you is the creator, he may have some suggestions or avenues of research. He will also know whether Kings Park is in West Perth or not, by mysterious processes that are beyond my ken. The telephone book gives Fraser Avenue as that address, I have never looked any deeper than that. The history is the most interesting bit; it was a premier residential suburb on one side, and rows of one story terraces on the other. The freeway interchanges and rail have effectively divided the suburb, a large area has been given over to this. This changed the suburb from a hub and thoroughfare, it was on the tram system of course, which continued through to Subiaco. An important water course runs through there, the warkyls path, and you will find some older names for the area. People used to get their lunch there; they would light a little fire, then wait at the bottom of the cliffs for it to leap off. Cygnis insignis 18:46, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
Well done
By your hard work and editing you like you might have something for - Pilbara historical timeline ? SatuSuro 03:33, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
Transperth railway map
Thanks for bringing this to my attention; the presentation of the two combined lines seems not to be entirely consistent. The Joondalup line timetable shows the two lines overlapping as you depict them, but this picture of an official map shows Esplanade as a station on the Mandurah line, with both lines ‘terminating’ at Perth station. I’ll consider this some more, but my first thought is that unless the official network map has been changed, it’s probably best to keep my map as it is now. Since they run a through service, the distinction between the two lines is rather artificial, so it might confuse the issue to suggest that there is somehow a greater amount of ‘interlining’ going on between Perth and Esplanade than there is anywhere else. I saw you rated this article with the summary "rerate as C class, getting close to B". I'm hoping someday it gets to FA status, if only I wasn't always distracted. At least it's on its way. :) Somno (talk) 00:43, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

you undid a statement on freerunner. Do you have one of these devices? I do, my statement is factual, I have reverted your undo, if you undo again we shall seek mediation. My change was based on fact not marketing slogan.
further on the freerunner
really, great, mine didn't and I can hardly see it fit for consumers of any sort, but, this being said, have you flashed 2008.08 or are you going for the debian? It's abit confusing, the .com website now advises non-hackers to use qtopia but happened to GTK? It's a mess! not only that but none of the systems offered works completely, it is, so to speak a trainwreck in progress..Noserider (talk) 07:04, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
