2081 (film)

Article about a forthcoming film. No release date, nothing on IMDb. PROD removed by author when he added a link to a trailer on the film's web-site, but I don't think a two-and-a-half minute trailer is evidence that the film has commenced principal photography as required by WP:NFF. I can find no independent reliable source - Google search finds discussion on blogs and film sites, all seeming to use the same words: "The trailer has been creating a lot of buzz on many film blogs. It seems to take some of the concepts of Philip K Dick and P D James. The trailer has some really interesting images... " - sounds like a press release. Fails WP:CRYSTAL and WP:NFF. Keep or perhaps temporarily Merge to Harrison Bergeron as Mandsford suggested. Though there isn't a whole lot available on the web about it yet (Moving Picture Institute isn't the largest or most notable group out there) there has been a notably increased amount of buzz and a desire by people to know what the movie is about. Admittedly I'm somewhat biased in that I wrote the article, but I believe that it's fairly obvious the movie is in existence, and I am currently attempting to get an IMDb entry created for it. To me, the beauty of Wikipedia has always been that when I need to find out information about something new, Wiki has been so flexible and current that it's typically already there. The internet is quickly becoming intrigued by this film, and as such Wikipedia should at least have a barebones outline of what we do know (which is about what we have so far), and as more information becomes available we page should be fleshed out as such. Already several more media outlets referencing the trailer have been cited on the page, and though admittedly that's not quite what you guys said you were looking for, Producer Thor Halvorssen responded to my e-mail saying that it will be receiving some media coverage in the near future. I believe the article should stay, as it hopefully will be able to answer some of the general populace's questions about this new film, or at worst it should be merged into the Harrison Bergeron article pending further coverage.
