Gmina Pruchnik is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarosław County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Pruchnik, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Jarosław and 39 km (24 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 78.26 square kilometres (30.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,551.
