It's pretty obvious that the US government has motives other than giving Cubans the news..

I'm sure as you know wikipedia is not about what one thinks is "pretty obvious" but instead is about citing facts from credible sources while maintaining a NPOV. --I already forgot 15:17, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

When did TV Marti start ?

The article states It began broadcasting on March 27, 1990. I think its been around longer than that. I remember (c 1987) hearing about test broadcasts from a helium baloon ?
