Mike'd Up: Francesa on the Fan (2 September 2008 to present) is the afternoon drive sports radio program based out of WFAN in New York City that features Mike Francesa. The show is simulcast on the YES Network. On the radio, the show is simulcast on WQYK in Tampa, Florida and WROW in Albany, New York. The show is the successor of the first nationally known radio sports team in the history of sports talk radio, The Mike and the Mad Dog program that ran from 5 September 1989 until 15 August 2008 when it was announced that Francesa's partner, Christopher Russo would be leaving WFAN.. Francesa also hosts Mike'd Up: The Francesa Sports Final on local NBC affiliate WNBC Channel 4 in New York City that airs on Sunday nights and, like his radio program, covers local New York City sports.

• Joe Girardi - Manager of the New York Yankees answers questions from Francesa on the state of the team. Regular spot is Thursdays at 5:05 PM throughout the baseball season.
• Jerry Manuel - Manager of the New York Mets answers questions from Francesa on the state of the team. Regular spot is Wednesdays at 5:05 PM throughout the baseball season.
• Troy Aikman - Commentator for Fox Sports and former NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys appears regularly on Fridays throughout the NFL season giving his perspective on the NFC games that week.
• Phil Simms - Commentator for NBC Sports and former NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback for the New York Giants appears regularly on Fridays throughout the NFL season giving his perspective on the AFC games that week.

Jingle

The show's opening is nearly the same as the opening jingle of the Mike and the Mad Dog program. The only significant difference is a few different lines in the second half of the song, other than that it is the same song. Over the first few programs Mike has already criticized the people who made the jingle as it is not very creative and is in effect the same jingle that was used for Mike and the Mad Dog.
