"With Every Heartbeat" is the name of a 1989 hit single by British pop group Five Star. It was their last single for RCA, the label they signed with in 1983. It proved a failure for the band, reachng a lowly #49 on the UK charts.

The video for the song was set in a club with the group performing a dance routine, and Denise wearing a striking hat, with an intriguing guitar-shaped pendant or brooch.

The song never appeared on a studio album, but was included on the group's Greatest Hits album, released later in 1989.
