"Hit 'N' Run" is a song written by JoelJoel, The Provider and Charlie Mason for German girlband Monrose, and the second single released from their forthcoming third studio album I Am. It will be released on October 3, 2008. A demo version of the track leaked onto the internet a number of weeks before the finished track was unveiled [1]
Promotion
Monrose performed the track on a number of occasions, including a performance at the finale of Elite Model Look 2008, a Swiss fashion programme. [2] It will be also performed on the Qualifing Show of German televised singing competition Popstars on September 25, one day before the realease of I Am.
Music video
The music video for the song was shot on the week commencing 31st August 2008. [3] The video is a roller-disco themed in the 80'. It premiered on September 11 on German music network VIVA's show VIVA Live!.[4]
