Martin Doktor (born 21 May 1974) is an athlete from the Czech Republic. He competes in canoeing.

Doktor competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's 500 metre individual canoe.

He placed second in his initial heat of the 500 metre with a time of 1:49.557, qualifying for the semifinals. In the semifinal, he finished first with a time of 1:50.253, advancing to the final. There, Doktor finished in 1:47.999, placing fifth.
