Described as self-made and published in RYM. RYM is http://rateyourmusic.com, a fan-site that has no oversight of copyright issues on uploaded images. Image is claimed as an official cover for the single "Amigo en el Baño" but is not seen on any commercial site or product. Uploader also failed to state the original source and copyright of Kany Garcia's portrait used for this fan-made picture. — Jappalang (talk) 06:21, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Uploader has a long history of uploading copyright violations with spurious PD tags. See also [1]. Stifle (talk) 10:33, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
There are six different images uploaded at this title (not counting the eight deleted revisions and the one existing and two deleted versions on Commons). I suspect that none of them may actually be free. The latest revision, depicting Joseph Attieh and used therein, has been uploaded by the same user as Image:E D 0383.jpg, currently on IfD, which is also tagged as free but appears to be copied from [2]. (I'm taking this here rather than to IfD, since the proximate issue is the freeness of the version currently in use. However, regardless of the outcome, I'd like to suggest that this particular title be deleted and salted against recreation, with any free versions reuploaded under a more descriptive and unique title.) —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 18:22, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Blatantly scanned in from a poster or magazine of some sort, and as such the uploader is unlikely to be the copyright holder as is claimed. — neuro(talk) 22:07, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Claimed to be free, but on its flickr page (http://www.flickr.com/photos/sergioquiros/2616664638/), it specifically states "All rights reserved", which according to Wikipedia:Upload/Flickr, means it is NOT OK here. — Jappalang (talk) 22:30, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
- You are reading the Copyright tag for the actual website itself. Flickr images are one of the most common on Wikipedia because of their free license. Every page of Flickr that you click on, including any image page, will always display the fine printed Copyright tag at the bottom. There is a blatant misunderstanding here. The Copyright is not specifically for the image but the webpage and domain itself. If you follow the links (which are also provided on the image page) you will find Flickr's Terms of Use and Copyright Policy, which expands just what that tag you are referring to means. - Speedy Delete - if this were on the Commons, I would have already deleted it as a copyvio. Every image on Flickr has its own license; there is no site-wide license for images uploaded by Flickr users (and certainly not an unrelated Yahoo Australia page, as is being used here). Not all Flickr images are freely licensed. License information is under the "additional information" header to the right of the image. Here it is clearly "all rights reserved". This is Flickr 101. The uploader clearly states that it's from WireImage, yet claims to be the copyright holder of the image. SKS2K6 (talk) 00:00, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
