Kristy Hinze (born 16 October 1980) is an Australian model, actress and television host. She was born on the Gold Coast where she was reportedly raised on a horse and cattle station in Beaudesert. The blonde has appeared in Sports Illustrated as well as the Victoria's Secret catalogue.
She is currently the face of Australian retail chain Sportscraft.
It was announced in February 2008 that Kristy will be the host of the Australian version of US reality TV show, Project Runway.[1]
Kristy is the granddaughter of Russ Hinze (Queensland Polititian) and sister of Guy Hinze (ex-Qld Police officer and owner of Bubs Baby Shops)

Personal life
Hinze has been dating her 63-year-old boyfriend, Texan billionaire Jim Clark, the founder of Netscape, for two-and-a-half years. In a recent interview with The Australian Women's Weekly, she revealed "I never thought I was going to date an older man when I first met him", but she was attracted to him because he is "truly, incredibly intelligent".
On the 24th October 2008 it became news that Hinze and Clark were engaged.
Hinze was previously linked romantically to musician Johnny Philippidis (Burlap to Cashmere). Kristy also had a long term relationship with former radio and internet star Toggsy (Andrew Videto). The couple moved to New York together in 1999.
