Controversies

I have removed the section on controversies, as it was lengthy and unnecessary. If the White Party/Washington Post incident is going to be included on Scripps' wikipedia page, it should be described *briefly* and we should link to the Washington Post blog. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.108.170.249 (talk) 09:51, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It was lengthy, yes, but included all points of view- wood, ascmc, national media. Linking up to the wp blog is biased since readers don't know what the letter was about. I am reverting your edit and will recheck external links. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.162.99.155 (talk) 14:44, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That controversies section is not appropriate for an encyclopedia.
