Ealand is a small village on the Stainforth and Keadby Canal in the Isle of Axholme, near Crowle in North Lincolnshire on the A161, near the junction with the A18.

Crowle railway station is in the village. The landscape is very flat. Nearby is the Seven Lakes Leisure Park (former sand pits). The A161 used to go through the village, until a new bridge was built over the railway.

The 7 lakes leisure park lakes are actually the site of the former clay pits for the Crowle Brickworks which lies just to the west of the A161.

The UK Headquarters of Hancock Properties is based in Ealand.
