The image was tagged by the uploader as public domain, then as Free Art License, but per his comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Steve Azzara it seems he doesn't actually have permission to do this. "All photos are copywrited (sic) to Azzara" and "I was never worried about any copyright issues with this article and you shouldn't be either! I'm sure the artists involved would be more then happy with what I have done with their work..." suggest that the uploader doesn't realise what putting a copyright tag on an image actually means.
