Hello Kitty: Big City Dreams is published by Empire Interactive, and currently has a rating of "Everyone" from the ESRB.

The story finds the heroine, Kitty White leaving her home in Sanrio Town to try to make her mark in The Big City. Kitty moves into a simple apartment downtown adjacent to The Big City. Although she lives on the bottom floor now, she dreams of the day she can move up to the luxurious penthouse. Help Hello Kitty explore her new home and find all sorts of people to make friends with! Perhaps by helping others and working hard, Hello Kitty will finally say Hello to her dream suite in the sky!

As with most Hello Kitty titles, Big City Dreams focuses not only on the fun to be had by the player, but also on teaching important lessons as well (which is understandable considering that the game is targeted primarily at the 8-12 year old age bracket). Ideas like "sharing and helping friends is important" and "helping others brings a bigger return than being selfish" show that the game is perfect for youngsters, who will also benefit from certain mini-games which will help heighten their memorization and fine motor skills.
