Axtell, Utah
The bell monument that is located on the west side of highway 89 by the post office. Was built by Ty Blackburn and Chad Boore as and LDS eagle prodject. They took the bell from the old school house and the blocks from the house of Grover Jensen (the first person born in utah after it became a official state on jan 4 1896) cladia neilson had the blocks and elwood sornson had the bell, troop 573 and also the comunity helped in geting it built.

</gallery>Axtell is an unincorporated town in Sanpete County, Utah, United States, on U.S. Route 89 between Gunnison and Salina. The town was settled in 1870 and was named Willowcreek for the small, willow lined creek where the settlement was on. It was renamed Axtell on March 15 1876 after Axel Einerson, an early settler.
