The Wright Taste is 5 part BBC Wales documentary series that started in late October 2008. It follows restauranteur Simon Wright's journey farming animals from field to fork. Simon is a partner in the restaurant Y Polyn, in South West Wales.
The Music
The 'outro' (credits music) of The Wright Taste is 'Paperboy' by Carmarthenshire based band The Hepburns.
