List of Signal Corps Radios

OK Brian, I have created a page in your userspace for you to edit and fool around with: [1] if you want to work on making a list of SCR's. When you are ready you can simply move it into "live" article space. This way, no one will delete it while you get the article in shape. - LuckyLouie (talk) 12:51, 18 July 2008 (UTC) ok lets see what manner of evil I can create, although I might[reply]
start off with somthing a little smaller like the 84 items,
on the vehicle list. that I did on the other wiki.Brian in denver (talk) 22:55, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ok put in an example of a list, think ittle fly?Brian in denver (talk) 00:34, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I thought you were doing a list of Singal Corps Radios. Here is a mockup of your truck list article [2]. It would really need some references to back up whatever you add to it. Wikipedia doesn't let people write stuff like "nobody really knows where they came from" unless you can verify a reliable source stating that. LuckyLouie (talk) 16:23, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

well right off I saw theres a problem with alpha/numeric designations, it would be nice to be able to just type in the number. but I think its going to have to be combined with the type.
I dont know about the scr list, over 800 radios is
perty dauntingBrian in denver (talk) 19:18, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK its in there boy, looks like thay need some work on there manufacturers, quite a few big names missing. need anything else on it before posting?Brian in denver (talk) 21:53, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Can I correct the spelling? - LuckyLouie (talk) 23:28, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Snowmobile

Hi. I saw your additions to the "see also" section of Snowmobile. However those names are "red linked", meaning there's no article, meaning that there's nothing to see. Are you planning to create articles at those names? If so, that's great. Otherwise, there's no point in adding a "see also" if there's nothing to be seen. Does that make sense? ·:· Will Beback ·:· 00:27, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I join Will Beback in this assesment. They would be good additional articles but unless they are created soon with non copyrighted material, we will have to remove the links. Pierre cb (talk) 05:36, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

sorry but I was just fishing, dont really care that much about snowmobiles, if you read my post, and link, in the talk section, thats all I have.Brian in denver (talk) 16:57, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ok since you brought up the subject, maybe you could clarify your position as it pertains to this article.http://www.wikipatterns.com/display/wikipatterns/FutureLinks it seems to me from this that wiki wants red letter leads as thay point to potential information???Brian in denver (talk) 19:04, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

H agin, what is the justification for the link Four Wheel Drive in the snowmobile article ??? And for your question, the link http://www.wikipatterns.com/display/wikipatterns/FutureLinks is not a wikipedia articles and does not apply. Pierre cb (talk) 21:33, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

well if you accedently read the external link on eliason yould know what it had to do with the four wheel drive co. but i give up. I guess you can lead a horse to watter but you cant make em drink. Brian in denver (talk) 22:07, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
