A3 Champions Cup (also known as East Asian Champions Cup) is an annual football (soccer) tournament sanctioned by East Asian Football Federation. It was started from 2003, involving the league champions of China, Japan and South Korea. The host nation also invites an additional team, making this a four team tournament.

It has been suggested that the league champion from Australia may be added to the cup in the future.[1] However, it has been reported that Japan's champion may not participate in the 2008 edition, since Urawa were not paid their appearance fee in 2007.[2] [3]
