Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels is the third season of Rock of Love with Bret Michaels and was confirmed by VH1's website in a blog on July 16, 2008. This will feature 20 ladies to live on a tour bus and hit the road with Bret Michaels and compete for his attention and affection as they travel across the country and compete in many challenges, including the third popular mudbowl. It is scheduled to premiere on January 4, 2009.[1][2]
On September 28th, 2008 a bus driven by a roadie that worked on Rock of Love Bus caused an accident when he fell asleep at the wheel, causing two fatalities and several injuries.[3] The bus did not contain any of the contestants and filming continued in Alabama.[4]
