Ai Ōtomo

Ai Yamamoto (山本 愛, Yamamoto Ai , born March 24, 1982 in Sendai) is a female volleyball player from Japan. Her maiden name was Ai Otomo (大友 愛, Ōtomo Ai).
Profiles
- She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, wearing the number #13 jersey. There she ended up in fifth place with the Japan women's national team. Otomo played as a middle-blocker.
- In 2006, she was two months pregnant when she had a shotgun wedding with Tatsuo Yamamoto, a professional beachvolleyball player.
- In 2008, Hisamitsu Springs announced that she was to return to active duty.
