- HMD is a hip hop producer from Philadelphia, PA who now is located in San Francisco California. HMD is known for his intense record digging, and unique style of sampling and record scratching. His debut presents album was released by PHILAsofikal Records in December 2007, and featured hip hop legends such as Masta Ace, Wordsworth, and R.A. The Rugged Man. The album also featured UK hip hoppers Jehst and Micall Parknsun, and up and coming philly artists Reef the Lost Cauze, Adam 12, and Catastrofiks.

Aluminum: It may be found in many processed foods (cheeses, baking powders, cake mixes, frozen dough, self-raising flours), cosmetics, toothpastes, antiperspirants, some common medicines such as analgesics, antacids, anti-diarrheal products and anti-hemorrhoid preparations, cooking utensils, air and drinking water supplies. Cadmium: Cigarette smoke, refined foods, water pipes, coffee & tea, coal burning, cement, batteries, & phosphate fertilizers. One pack of cigarettes contains about 20 mcg of cadmium, or about 1mcg. Per cigarette. It may inhibit enzyme reactions and utilization of nutrients and can generate excessive free0radical activity, bone loss, kidney damage, high blood pressure and increases cancer risk.
Lead: Lead is found in paints, fuels and oils, lead shot, explorsives, fishing tackle, rubber and plastics, inks and dyes, building materials, food/drink containers, toys, hair restorers, battery manufacturing and human cremations. Lead can cause anaemia, damage the nervous system, kidneys, gastrointestinal system, heart and reproductive system. It can cause behavior problems, loss of IQ, hearing loss and poor growth in children. Children absorb 4-5 times more than adults.
Mercury: Can be found in our teeth (amalgams), in childhood vaccinations (thimerosal), in fish, as air pollution (coal0burning energy production, industry, cremating, manufacturing) and waste disposal. Also found in fungicides and pesticides.
