City Garden

City Garden (城市花園 in Chinese) is a private residential development in North Point, Hong Kong. It was built in Year 1983-1986 by Cheung Kong Holdings Limited.

Structure

City Garden locates at 233 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. It lies on the seaside of Victoria Harbour. City Garden consists of 14 residential buildings with 28 levels each. Phase 1 includes Block 1-6 while phase 2 includes Block 7-14. The whole site provides totally 2,393 units, accommodating more than 9,000 residents. There is a 2 lanes road going through the site which names City Garden Road.

Cayley Property Management Limited provides 24x7 security service for City Garden. Security guards are allocated at each residential building lobby, central park and basement carpark. On 1 March 2007, the Octopus Card Security System is also introduced.
