Arico is the name of a municipality, town, and valley in the southeastern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The municipality is located in the southeastern end of the island, and extends for 45.1 square kilometers (0.4 square miles) from the mountainous interior to the beaches on the Atlantic. Arico is on a valley setting. Its estimated population is 6.928. Arico is linked with the TF1 superhighway and has an interchange near Arico and is also linked with the old highway linking Arona and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Its economy are tourism and some agriculture. The urban area and some farmlands dominates the coastline and valley areas, while the mountains dominates much of the municipality and to the southeast.
