Sir Paul Gore, 1st Baronet (1567–September 1629) was an Irish politician, knight and baronet.

The youngest son of Gerard Gore and Helen Davenant, daughter of Ralph Davenant, he was born in London. Gore was Member of Parliament (MP) in the Parliament of Ireland for Ballyshannon from 1613 until c. 1615. On 2 February 1622, he was created a Baronet, of Magharabeg, in the County of Donegal.

He married Isabella Wycliffe, daughter of Francis Wycliffe and niece of the 1st Earl of Strafford. They had probably twelve children, six daughters and six sons. Gore was succeeded in the baronetcy by his son oldest Ralph. By his son Athur, he was also ancestor of the Irish creation of the Earls of Arran as well as the Barons Harlech. Gore was buried at the Abbey Church of Donegal.
