Little Lulu is a comic strip character created by Marjorie Henderson Buell. She first appeared in the Saturday Evening Post on February 23, 1935. In 1945 she graduated to cartoons and full length comic books. Characters in the Little Lulu series include her friends Tubby, Ol' Witch Hazel, and Li'l Itch.
