When creating articles...

...Can you please add categories? It makes it so much easier for people viewing Wikipedia to find the subject if they can't remember the name. Please take this on board, it is vital, as I have noticed you haven't seemed to have taken in points I or other editors have made. Thanks and happy editing! - Erebus555 (talk) 20:58, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Darcy Flynn

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Darcy Flynn, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Darcy Flynn. slakrtalk / 16:40, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

Hi. When you create a new page, can you add a relevant category to it please? There is currently a backlog of >5500 pages that need categories (see Category:Category needed). If you could add categories to your pages, this would help keep the backlog to a minimum. Cheers Nouse4aname (talk) 20:37, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Milton Keynes shopping centre

Does the reference (Buildings of Britain) specifically mention Merry Hill? Becuase if not you shouldn't really put it in the sentence covered by the citation. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 13:14, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Username!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your username, and I am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's username policy for the following reason: It's a bit weird and confuseing!. After you look over that policy, could we discuss that concern here?

I'd appreciate learning your own views, for instance your reasons for wanting this particular name, and what alternative username you might accept that avoids raising this concern.

You have several options freely available to you:

Thank you. --86.29.248.179 (talk) 19:13, 15 August 2008 (UTC)--86.29.248.179 (talk) 19:14, 15 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
