Sattar Bhagat (full name Abdul Sattar Bhagat) was a Pakistani cricketer who played for Kalat.

Bhagat made a single first-class appearance for the team, during the 1969-70 season, against Public Works Department. Captaining the team, he scored a duck in the first innings in which he batted, and a single run in the second, as Kalat lost the match by an innings margin.
