Does anyone know if the CR-80 designation continues along Rockland Lake Road, going around Rockland Lake for 2.5 miles before intersecting again with US 9W? One map I have shows CR-80 ending at the US 9W junction north of the lake but NYS GIS maps indicate county maintenance continues around the lake. --Polaron | Talk 06:13, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Comments:

  1. Remove picture from infobox and place within route description
  2. Try to get a map for the infobox
  3. Is the exact year of the route's creation known?
  4. In second sentence of lead, remove "Rockland County"
  5. If CR 80 is third longest route and CR 33 is longer, what is the other longer route?
  6. Combine second and third sentences in second paragraph of lead
  7. Last sentence of lead sounds awkward: try rewriting
  8. First paragraph of route description: repeats what will come later. Try moving information to later parts of rotue description to describe the route in west to east progression
  9. Try not to use "CR 80" in every sentence in route description
  10. In sentence "CR 80 intersects two major south/north routes in western Rockland in CR 81 and New York State Route 306" place comma after Rockand and remove the following "in"
  11. "on to" should be one word
  12. Try not to use "drivers can turn south", it sounds awkward
  13. Combine third and second to last sentences in second paragraph of rotue description (the ones about the intersections with NY 45 and PIP)
  14. First paragraph of history: are the dates known for the creation of any of the county routes?
  15. Delink dates in history
  16. Rephrase "$15,600 was given to Rockland County"
  17. Last sentence of history: add "along" after "sidewalks"
