TV Ilegal is a Puerto Rican comedy/parody television show broadcasted on WAPA-TV. The show parodies both local and international shows and people like local news shows, telenovelas, variety shows, and others.

The show features comedians Ivonne Arraiga, Angel Figueroa, Abraham Martí, Herbert Crúz, Lizmarie Quintana, Edgardo "Bebo" Adames, and Noris Joffre. The show might be considered as an equivalent of MADtv, which both feature parodies and other comedy skits. As of approximately in Spring/Summer of 2007, Abraham Martí left the show to pursue acting opportunities in Spain and abroad. www.wapa.tv/tvilegal

Current TV Show Parodies

A list of local/international parodied shows.

Parody (Original)

  • Noti-Jierro (Noticentro) (The most popular parody due to the parody of Pedro Rosa Nales whose catchphrase (Oye!!! Eso ta' bueno!!!) is also what made the parody very popular)
  • Ahora Podemos Gufiar (Ahora Podemos Hablar)
  • SuperExplosivo (La Comay de SuperXclusivo)
  • El Show de Maripilly (It is an original sketch featuring "Maripilly" (Maripily's parody) and special guests)

Former Parodies

  • Objetivo Mala Fama - It may be parodied again for Objetivo Fama's 6th and last season. It is still parodied in TV Ilegal's stage shows and when hired
  • No Te Jiendas - Original show ended December 30, 2008 after 18 years being on air
  • La Ex-Clavá Isaura - Original soap opera ended on WAPA-TV's broadcasting program
  • Entre Nojotras - It is not a famous or favorite parody
  • Los Simp-son ni ton - (Name comes from "Sin ton ni son", a block on a Latin-American Music Video Channel) It is not a famous parody
  • Tercera Plana - (Previous parody was "A Calzón Chillao'" to the original show A Calzón Quita'o) Original show got cancelled on WAPA-TV's broadcasting program and moved to CaribeVisión (Channel 24) with another name
  • Primer Infarto - The parodies of the main anchorwomen were not funny
  • Quien Pierde la Razon? - Unknown reason
  • Escandalo Tuve - Unknown reason
  • Desafiando a los Ochentosos - Unknown reason
  • Noti-Esnú (It was an original sketch that included an anchorman and an anchorwoman stripping their clothes until completley undressed. When revealing their private parts the master control would just cover them) - Maybe the only reason for why it is discontinued is because of the nudity
  • Calle 14 - Unknown reason (Only Appeared once)
  • La Super Yadirota - Unknown reason (Was mainly for the Maripily-Super Yadira Scandal)
  • Ana Ay - Unknown reason
  • Gloria La Puerca Trevi - Unknown reason (Only appeared once)
  • Ivy King - Unknown reason
  • Jandel - Unknown reason
  • Elvichu Crespo - Unknown reason (Only appeared once)
