The Old Colony Housing Project is a housing project located in South Boston, Massachusetts. This is the projects that Whitey Bulger associate Kevin Weeks grew up in. Whitey grew up in the nearby Old Harbor Housing porject, also known as the Mary Ellen McCormick housing project.
