The Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (J.P.M.C.), a.k.a. Jinnah Hospital is located at Rafique Shaheed Road in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

The JPMC is a public hospital. The hospital was established in 1959. In the beginning the hospital operated in a building, which was actually an army barracks constructed in 1865 and transferred to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre in 1959.
