Fatima II is one of the fifty-nine barangays comprising the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It is bordered by Fatima I San Jose del Monte City on north, Fatima IV San Jose del Monte City on south, Fatima II San Jose del Monte City on east and Fatima IV San Jose del Monte City on west.

Fatima II is located five kilometers nort of San Jose del Monte City town proper and forty-two kilometers from Manila.

The prevailing climatic conditions in the municipality is categorized into two (2) types: dry and wet season.

The annual mean temperature in the area is 27 degrees Celsius. The warmest month is May with a mean temperature of 29.9 degrees Celsius while the coldest is January at 25.2 degrees Celsius.
