NNDB states that he is an atheist. I would like to have some evidence that he is Roman Catholic. OsFan 01:42, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He was born a Roman Catholic, but he's an atheist now. Morhange 05:45, 1 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I know him personally and he is definitely and admittedly, and proudly, an atheist, though he also notes to me and in his biographical books that he owes his sobriety to AA (and note that I am a director in SMART Recovery). Perhaps his own word would satisfy your need, even if it is a primary source.Henrysteinberger (talk) 01:03, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
His own word would satisfy, if it were published in a verifiable and reliable source. I'm sure an autobiography qualifies. -Phoenixrod (talk) 05:02, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
