Reed Scowen

Reed Scowen (1931-) is a Canadian author born and living in the province of Quebec.

Scowen was a Quebec Liberal politician, a three-term member of the provincial legislature of Quebec (1978-1987).

He acted as economic adviser to former Quebec premier Robert Bourassa, and Delegate General for Quebec in London, New York.

Scowen was president of anglophone civil rights group Alliance Quebec for one year.
